Project Information

We harvested bone marrow-derived HSPCs from 11 healthy donors at the neonate, infant, child, adult and aging stages. HSPCs were labeled with canonical surface markers representing 8 CD34 + cell populations, including hematopoietic stem cell (HSC), multipotent progentior (MPP), lymphoid-primed multipotent progenitor (LMPP), multi-lymphoid progenitor (MLP), common myeloid progenitor (CMP), granulocyte/macrophage progenitor (GMP), megakaryocyte-erythroid progenitor (MEP) and B-NK cell progenitor (B-NK).

In total, we obtained transcriptomes of 6,102 single cells to construct a temporal gene expression atlas of hematopoiesis during the human lifespan.

Note:

The module is to help predict cell types for single-cell RNA-seq experiments by scmap.

Users need to upload a formated file containing the gene expression values for single cells and click the Run button.
